    • What’s something you wish you could do to achieve your solution needs, but currently can’t?

  • Decision Making Process and Trade Offs

    • How do you currently decide which product to use? What influences your decision?

    • What compromises or trade-offs do you make when choosing a product?

  • Emotional or social motivations

    • What emotions do you associate with fulfilling your solution needs?

    • How do you think your solution needs impact your personal or social habits?

  • Product Adoption and Innovation Opportunities

    • If a new product promised to solve your biggest challenge, what would make you trust and use it regularly?
