Project to Product
We help you transition to continuous, outcome-driven ways of working for lasting impact
Our team collectively have over 150 years of experience in the journey to being more Product driven. At the heart of these journey’s is the mindset shift that comes from focusing less on the typical outputs of a Project, and instead pivoting to a way of thinking and working that is about the Product and its Consumers.
Along the way, embracing new operating models and frameworks is key to underpinning the move to being more Value Driven, User and Data focused, and the creation of Delivery at Pace.
Along that journey, we aim to reduce your time to start and increase your time to market by at least 50%

Introduction
In the introduction stage, an organisation focuses on new digital solutions to to enhance learning experiences, often through pilot programs and early adoption. The primary goals are to define vision, secure buy in, define go to market strategy, set OKR’s and KPI’s, and build awareness.
Growth
Your Digital Product is launched, and in the hands of users. So what do you do next? All roads lead to the effective use of User Feedback.
How are your users feeling about the Product, and where should further development activities be placed?
Maturity
Your Products are well established, and your consumers are able to provide a detailed level of feedback due to their regular and extensive use of the Product.
Your sales or user engagements appear strong, however, are at risk of reaching their plateau, and therefore it’s key to evaluate (based upon user insight and peer/market awareness) how the Product should be enhanced or reinvented.
Decline
As much as we may not wish to accept it, all Products are part of a lifecycle which must include their ultimate demise, or more positively, their reinvention.
We’re now deeply invested in the Product mindset. Data, Consumer, and Market driven.
How do we utilise this information to build the next evolution of our Product and user needs?
