This engagement involves focused time with teams, leadership, and stakeholders, evaluating progress against transformation based objectives.
Typical engagement (dependent upon size of team), would be 1 week, with resulting report and recommendations. This would be with 3 of our senior team, deeply experienced in these areas of transformation from various global roles.
