Goal: Set up a common process which can be used by the entire product organisation to evaluate and approve new product roadmap objectives. | 1. Monthly cadence of 3 meetings across the product, tech and business leadership to evaluate new roadmap items. 2. Bi-weekly sessions between product and tech leads to estimate new roadmap requests. 3. Clearly articulated roadmap proposals submitted to Executive Board on a monthly basis to get steer on roadmap. | 4 months (at 3 days per week) | 1.
