Activities to support initial Health Check

Technology & Data	Together with our specialist partner, LOOMX provide support to review the effectiveness of the Technology, Data, and Product toolkits supporting the Transformation objectives	Identify gaps and recommendations.
Stakeholder alignment	Deeper dive into stakeholder alignment, wishes, and objectives	Recommend areas for further enhancement, based upon Stakeholder led feedback
Training & Support	In partnership with our specialist Learning & Development resource, prepare and deliver tailored sessions in either group or 121 formats	Deliver previously identifed training requirements.
