Initial health check (wherever you are post initial transformation), including recommendations for the next 3 to 6 months.

Follow up with either a 3 month (interim - 1 day) or 6 month (full - 2 to 3 days) check in.

Activities to support initial Health Check

Questionnaire via web form. 1 week in advance Gauge feedback in advance of individual interviews. Responses form the agenda for 1 hour calls, leading towards next step recommendations
Interviews (1 hour) Deeper conversation with respondees to the questionnaires, diving into specific topics raised Outputs to form the basis of recommendations

Stakeholder alignment Deeper dive into stakeholder alignment, wishes, and objectives Recommend areas for further enhancement, based upon Stakeholder led feedback
Training & Support In partnership with our specialist Learning & Development resource, prepare and deliver tailored sessions in either group or 121 formats Deliver previously identifed training requirements.
