Change management processes were put in place to support staff through the transition, including training and communication plans.
Technology: The transformation involved migrating from on-premise systems to cloud platforms. This required careful planning and execution to ensure data integrity, system security, and minimal downtime. Cloud technologies were leveraged to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
Results: The successful transformation to the cloud resulted in a more scalable and efficient technology infrastructure for the healthcare software provider. This improved their ability to deliver critical healthcare software and hardware applications, supporting better patient care. The new systems provided increased uptime, enhanced security, and reduced operational costs. The improved processes led to faster deployment cycles and enhanced agility, enabling the organisation to respond more effectively to the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
