How do we work with you to achieve these goals?
To assess people readiness, we can implement various approaches:
Leadership:
1. Vision Setting: everyone will look to you to set the vision and strategic direction, and to support the change needed to achieve it. We work with you to ensure clarity, direction, and empowerment.
2. Culture Building: arguably the most important change required. Embracing such as servant leadership is a critical factor for success, and we share our experiences and recommendations for how to embrace this.
3. Decision Making: As leaders it’s key you breed the environment to support Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose. By setting objectives, however, not defining the ‘how’, you’ll engage people and teams to step up and high perform.
Managers:
1. Team Development: we work with you to ensure your managers appreciate the importance of nurturing their team, sharing domain, technical, and behavioural skills with the intention of promoting growth.
2. Performance Monitoring: working with your managers to develop constructive and transparent peer and team led performance management, reducing bias, and promoting skills.
3. Resource Allocation: you managers are operating at least at 1k feet, and therefore, we work with you to ensure they avoid micro management, promote ‘sell’ over ‘tell’, and provide training and development where needed.
People & Teams:
1. Collaboration: how to create a super strong team culture, built upon shared objectives, psychological safety, and an element of fun in the role.
2. Continuous Improvement: promote the approach for teams to learn as often as possible, through knowledge sharing, training, and events.
3. Task Execution: centres around the clear definition and execution of team roles and responsibilities. We work with your teams to ensure it’s not a school football match, and everyone knows their role and their accountability.
